The room I booked was huge and stylish, complete with a bath and clean towels. There were an electric kettle and kitchenware upon arrival. - the location was unbeatable and excellent, right by the train station, bus station, stores, restaurants.

Beautiful little hotel in the old town center of Sorrento. Very clean, nicely remodeled from a 14th century monestary. Great little continental breakfast, rooftop terrace and easy walk to everything!

Yolanda was great. Very personable and friendly.
They insisted on cash for the tax. Seems unappropriate. I have never heard that before. They need to include tax in the invoice and the hotel bill, and be paid together.

The Au Relais Rivoli is located in the old section of Sorrento, a short walk from the train station and very convenient to sights and restaurants. Our room was amazing - very large, modern decor and clean, with a small balcony onto the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was average. Overall, a very good value and definitely recommended.

Located in the old part of Sorrento with beautiful old buildings and meandering alleyways and paths. We had a spaciously large 2 bedroom family room with a good size bathroom and a little balcony overlooking the street. The hotel is centrally located amongst shops and restaraunts, close to the train station and was a short walk to the beach and port. Really enjoyed the atmosphere sourrounding the hotel. The concierge Martina was very helpful with all our needs.
The breakfast was basic offering too many sweet foods.

Martina at the front desk was excellent. She went out of her way before and after our visit to make our stay pleasant. Gianni was also extremely helpful and pleasant even if ther were a small problem
Hairdryer was weak - bring your own.

What a fantastic hotel! Great location and beautifully presented. We were amazed by the luxury for the price. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of historic Sorrento.
Would have been good to have had a laundry service but we were easily directed to a local laundrette very close by.

The staff care a lot about the customers and the attention was really good, the breakfast was good and the hotel seems to be just renovated and looks really nice. Also they gave us as a present a sparkling wine bottle wich was nice idea. Also the acustic aislation was excellent if you had teh windows close.
I didn t like that the air condition made noise and didn t work properly in our room. Also didn t like the room, since has a little window and a window on the ceiling, but when you open it ,you hear all the noise of the engines of the air conditions at the hotel. Also didn t like that it didn t had a parking space wich means that you have to add to the cost at list 18 euros a night to leave the car outside, since you can leave the car at the street for free.
